After two years of careful construction behind the east colonnade, the doors of the Wellness Wing opened to members this week. It is the Club's most significant addition in a generation — and, we believe, its most restorative.
Designed for Restoration
The wing was conceived around a simple idea: that rest deserves the same craftsmanship the Club has always given to celebration. Natural stone, warm oak, and soft northern light set the tone across twelve treatment rooms, a eucalyptus steam room, and the centerpiece — a 25-meter saltwater pool beneath a vaulted skylight, kept at a precise 28 degrees year-round.
Members will also find a thermal suite with sauna and cold plunge, a quiet room where conversation politely ends at the threshold, and a juice and tonic bar overlooking the winter garden. Every detail, from the weight of the robes to the absence of clocks, was chosen deliberately.
Programs and Practitioners
A facility is only as good as its people, and we have assembled a team we are proud of: massage therapists trained in five traditions, a resident physiotherapist for members recovering from injury (or an overly ambitious tennis season), and instructors leading a weekly schedule of yoga, Pilates, and breathwork in the two new studios.
Signature programs launch this spring, including an executive recovery series, a sleep clinic developed with our medical partners, and sunrise swim sessions for those who like their serenity before nine o'clock.
Booking Your First Visit
The Wellness Wing is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is included in all membership tiers. Treatments and classes may be booked through the concierge or the members' portal; we recommend booking treatments a week ahead while opening demand remains high.
To mark the opening, every member is invited to a complimentary thermal suite session and guided tour through the end of April. Come see what two years of patience have built — and then, we suggest, do absolutely nothing in it.
